Home health care industry is singing Clinton's praises as it contemplates fruits of reform

The atmosphere at the convention of the National Association of Home Care last week resembled more a religious revival than a staid gathering of health care professionals.

Association chairwoman Kaye Daniels summed up the mood with her assessment of the Clinton administration health care reform plan -- delivered like a benediction to the 7,000 administrators at the San Diego Convention Center.
