May 6--WILKES-BARRE -- James Jude McCarthy on Tuesday pleaded guilty, again, to driving under the influence. He was sentenced to six months of probation. Again. It's the same sentence McCarthy, the son of Wilkes-Barre Councilman Jim McCarthy, was given when he pleaded guilty the first time in his DUI case, before withdrawing that plea. The first time, McCarthy, formerly known professionally as Jazzbo the Clown, pleaded guilty to five counts of the charge. This time, he pleaded guilty to two.
