Throughout the 1997 General Election campaign the Labour Party used this simple yet succinct slogan with devastating effect.
Today, as Tony Blair struggles to save his premiership, those three words are on the lips of many of his previously loyal MPs who now see the Prime Minister as a crippling liability.
