'Road Safety' was chosen as the subject for this year's UAE Young Creatives Competition that was organised recently by Motivate Val Morgan Cinema Advertising, the official representative of the Cannes International Advertising Festival. The creative brief for the integrated media campaign was prepared by the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) of Dubai, and focused on increasing public awareness on the dangers of overspeeding, running red lights and not wearing seat belts. Every year, the theme for the UAE Young Creatives Competition revolves around a social responsibility issue, and this is the first time that road safety has been chosen.
