WASHINGTON, May 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Caterpillar Inc. today committed to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) that it will be ready to provide customers with on-highway truck engines that will meet the EPA's stringent 2007 emissions standards.
