TONE: Gostling prescribes lateral pull-downs. Holding dumbbells in each hand, stand with your knees slightly bent and take your arms out in front of you, parallel to the floor, with your hands touching and your knuckles facing outwards.
Pull your arms all the way back and slightly up, keeping your elbows higher than your hands, and completing the move by bringing your hands just up below your chin.
Perform three slow sets of 12 to 15. Use a lower weight at first, but aim for higher repetitions for rapid results.
