HACCP is becoming politically irresistible. Regulators are looking for ways to assure the safety of the food supply and must be responsive to politicians who, in turn, must assure the public that government is "doing something." Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP)is the only well-reasoned food safety methodology on the horizon.
