Newmark Knight Frank Retail has extended its platform into the L.A. market offering prospective retailers a full suite of data, consulting and site selection services in that burgeoning area.
The move will enable Newmark Knight Frank Retail to provide its clients with crucial knowledge of the L.A. market.
"L.A. is a key market that retailers look at when establishing their game plan," says Jeffrey D. Roseman, executive vice president of Newmark Knight Frank Retail. "We know the players and where the critical mass is. We can tell you who is shopping on Melrose as opposed to Robertson, for example."
