Q. My husband and I purchased our first home about a month ago. We did not have an attorney. It looks like that was a mistake.
Our house is on well and septic. A few days after we moved in, we started having problems with our sinks not draining and toilet back-ups.
We called a plumber who thought the problem was with our septic system and suggested we contact someone specializing in septics.
We had the septic guy out a couple days ago. He thinks our field is saturated and we might have to build a new field. Of course, this will be very expensive.
We asked if he thought this is something that just happened or ...
