The e-commerce infrastructure that supports mortgage intermediaries in this country is fragmented. Lenders have established their own extranet strategies and have been reluctant to see the integration of their decision systems into the various trading platforms. But this is not the case globally and there is a great deal to learn from looking at templates abroad.
