HOUSTON, May 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Riptide Entertainment LLC ("Riptide"), a portfolio company of Equus II Incorporated (the "Fund"), announces the purchase of an exclusive, worldwide license to use the trade name "Dick Clark's American Bandstand" in the development and production of live musical tribute shows.
Riptide acquired the license from dick clark productions, inc. The terms of the license were not disclosed.
