May 10--KUWAIT -- The Kuwait Financial and Commercial Centre Conference opened on Monday evening at the J. W. Marriott Hotel. The conference was made up of four sessions, one on the first day and the other three on the second and was organised by Al-Moqatei and Partners, Lawyers and Consultants, New Frontiers Training, and the Parliament Institution for Legal Training and Development. The aim of the conference was to shed light on the problems and obstacles facing Kuwait as it strives to become a regional financial centre.
