Exercise can sometimes be boring. No one has to go out on a limb to make that statement. Like being told to eat your vegetables--you don't always want to do it, but you know it's good for you.
In fact, exercise is particularly important for people in wheelchairs. Research has shown that, compared with the able-bodied population, wheelchair users are at greater risk for a variety of diseases, including cardiovascular. So, if exercise is that important, why not make it fun?
