Before the talking starts, you will achieve better results if you plan for every interview by taking the following steps:
* Identify your objectives.
* Identify your interviewees.
* Identify whether group sessions or one-to-one interviews are appropriate.
* Identify your schedule, framework, approach and questioning structure.
