Mothers who suffered from postnatal depression have revealed the nightmare of attempting to receive treatment across Wales. A shocking report by the charity Mind has revealed an alarming shortfall of services, failures in diagnosis and a lack of treatment options for the one-in-six women who experience mental distress before and after birth.
In many cases drugs are the only option offered to women with postnatal depression.
And there is just one mother and baby unit in Wales to offer women specialist ...
