The three gymnasts have trained alongside one another for so long "you lose track after so many years," says Bret Krajchovich, a senior at Cary-Grove.
Krajchovich can't remember with certainty how many years he and talented training partners Roger Pasek of Dundee-Crown and Matt Phillips of Jacobs have been working out together.
Has it been eight years? 10? 12? He's not sure.
Of one thing he is certain: these are his training partners, not his teammates. At least not in the traditional sense of the word.
