Could the Atlantic Canada province of Nova Scotia become a refining center?
Officials within the provincial government, including Premier John F. Hamm, believe the location, time and geopolitical environment all are right to attract at least one project, and possibly two, government sources told Oil Daily on the sidelines of the Canadian Offshore Resources Exhibition and Conference (Core) in Halifax this week.
