Small-business owners in Cleveland are finding out what many large-business owners have known for years. It's not always easy to communicate with workers, especially if they don't speak the same language.
According to 1990 census data, 29,030 people in Cuyahoga County speak Spanish in the their homes; another 10,010 people speak Asian languages.
