EATONTOWN, N.J. -- Millennium Cell Inc. (NASDAQ:MCEL) announced today that it has received a Notice of Allowance from the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office for U.S. Patent Application Publication Number 2004/0011662 A1 entitled "Hydrogen-Assisted Electrolysis Processes." As a result of this allowance, Millennium Cell continues to expand its portfolio of over 30 issued patents and 69 pending patents worldwide. The Company believes this represents the broadest patent portfolio in boron hydride hydrogen storage technology available for license in the world today.
