In the 22 years he has worked for Kahn Kleinman LPA, Richard S. Rivitz always has done what he thought was best for the Cleveland law firm. In the nearly five months since he became managing partner, Mr. Rivitz still takes that approach, though these days he admits feeling a bit more weight attached to each decision he makes.
"With 80-plus people working here every day, you want to make the right decisions,'' Mr. Rivitz said.
