LOS ANGELES, May 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- World Associates, Inc. ("World"), announced today that it has completed its purchase of a property located 90 miles north of Santa Fe, New Mexico in the Chama Valley near the Colorado border. The land will be developed into a sustainable community named Yellow Hills Ranch.
Yellow Hills Ranch covers approximately 7.3 square miles and the Company has a contract to purchase an adjacent property covering 14 square miles.
