While this particular border issue doesn't merit the attention of a presidential address, the foie gras wall between Chicago and the suburbs is coming. We all know where to set the boundaries when it comes to the animals we eat.
Vegans draw the line at eating any animal or any products (milk, eggs, etc.) derived from animals. Less strict vegetarians draw it at eating meat, fish or fowl. Others won't eat any food with a face. Some don't apply the culinary brakes until they get to red meat. Veal is the boundary line for others. A few have no problem eating "live sushi."
