THEY are queuing out of the doors, down the slope and out into the park. The line does move forward but imperceptibly slowly. I bet some NHS waiting lists shift faster than this lot. But no one seems to mind the wait.
After all, we are waiting to see the genius of a man described as 'the Michelangelo of our time'. These were not the words of some creepy advertising executive. They were the verdict of another artistic genius: Marc Chagall.
And so, after a few hours, the crowds finally shuffle their way inside the most eagerly-awaited exhibition Europe has seen in years.
