Three strategies that make retailers more competitive are better service, better employees and better profits.
These three subjects will receive sharp attention during the Retail Management Program, conducted by the National Retail Hardware Association (NRHA). This day-long program is part of the Hardware Industry Convention, March 27-30, 1994, at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in San Diego. The Retail Management Program is on March 29.
The convention is sponsored by the American Hardware Manufacturers Association (AHMA), the International Hardware Distributors Association (IHDA) and NRHA.
