PORTLAND, Ore. & CHICAGO -- Unicru(R) Inc. today announced that Original Roadhouse Grill has chosen to deploy the Unicru Hiring Management System for Dining in its 16 casual dining locations. Unicru will work in partnership with the Original Roadhouse Grill to reduce turnover of the company's hourly front- and heart-of-house employees by pre-screening job candidates for behaviors leading to on-the-job success. Additionally, as Original Roadhouse Grill looks to grow its operations, Unicru will increase efficiencies by automating the screening and hiring process therefore reducing administrative burdens currently placed upon its managers.
