The veteran musicvid helmer (Michael Jackson, Dire Straights, A-Ha) and studio gun ("Coneheads," "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles") has ventured into low-budget territory with "Choking Man" (Intl. Narrative Competition), a story about an Ecuadorian immigrant's experience as a dishwasher in Queens.
