NEW YORK -- DLJ Merchant Banking Partners ("DLJMB"), the private equity investment affiliate of Credit Suisse, announced today that it has executed a definitive agreement to acquire United Site Services, Inc. ("USS" or the "Company") from Odyssey Investment Partners, LLC. The transaction is expected to close in June 2006. Credit Suisse is advising DLJMB and providing financing for the transaction.
