SL Green Realty Corp. announced that it has completed a 16-year lease agreement for 22,694 s/f at 673 First Avenue in New York City with New York University for use by NYU Medical Center.
NYU Medical Center is one of the nation's premier centers of excellence in health care, scientific research, and medical education.
The new lease agreement for part of the fourth floor at 673 First Avenue constitutes an important expansion of the medical school's relationship with SL Green, increasing its total commitment within the SL Green portfolio to 187,000 s/f.
