A Rockford man is scheduled to learn today if he is guilty or innocent in the home-invasion murder of an Elgin drug dealer.
Getino Robinson, 27, could face life in prison if convicted of the most serious offenses in the Feb. 11, 2003, death of 32-year- old Kyle Juggins, who was fatally stabbed and shot in his Abbott Drive apartment.
Robinson's trial before Kane County Judge Grant Wegner ended Tuesday after less than two days of testimony. Wegner is set to announce his verdict this afternoon.
In their closing arguments, prosecutors argued Robinson is guilty of three counts of murder and one count each of home invasion ...
