Central New York's only charter high school is a tiny place with a towering goal: to send every student to college on a full scholarship.
That's a tall order when you consider that fewer than 65 percent of the students in Syracuse graduate from high school.
The Syracuse Academy of Science on Park Avenue will see how it measures up next June, when it graduates its first class. But its early results are promising.
