LONDON, May 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Increased preference for fortified foods in Europe is boosting growth in the amino acids market. Frost & Sullivan (http://www.food.frost.com/) found that the European Amino Acids Market was valued at US$1357.7 million in 2005 and estimates this to reach US$1944.3 million in 2012.
