LAS VEGAS -- The International Council of Shopping Centers, Inc., (ICSC) is pleased to announce that seven shopping center executives have been elected to its board of trustees. The new appointments became official yesterday afternoon during ICSC's Annual Meeting of Regular Members, which was held during the ICSC Spring Convention in Las Vegas, Nevada.
