May 22--AUSTIN -- The exodus continues. Texas basketball coach Rick Barnes, who had already lost four of his top five scorers from last season, can add reserve sophomore forward Mike Williams to the list of those leaving the program.
Unlike fellow Texas underclassmen -- sophomore forward LaMarcus Aldridge of Seagoville and junior forward P.J. Tucker, the Big 12 player of the year -- Williams isn't leaving Texas early for the NBA. He's leaving to get a fresh start and will transfer to another school.
Those close to Williams have indicated that Cincinnati, Louisville and Birmingham Southern are the leading candidates to land ...
