A Raytheon-led team has won a contract potentially valued at $93 million to demonstrate joint precision strike technology under one of DoD's technology thrust initiatives, the company reported yesterday.
The project is a component of the Pentagon's precision strike technology thrust, administered by the Army.
Under the terms of the five-year contract, the team will establish a Joint Precision Strike Demonstration Testbed Center at Fort Belvoir, Va. The center will conduct a range of precision strike activities, ranging from concept to design to maintenance.
