MIAMI -- The Related Group was recently named the largest multi-family developer in the country in both housing starts and revenue by Builder Magazine, the undisputed #1 magazine in the housing industry. Builder magazine's May 2006 edition reflects the national survey that ranks each builder based on 2005 Starts (vs. '04 starts) and 2005 Gross Revenue (vs. '04 revenue.)
In 2005, The Related Group rose to first place in number of units built with a 33% increase over 2004. In Gross Revenue, The Related Group realized a 53% increase in 2005 over 2004 with results that far exceeded other multi-family developers.
