Your Friendly Neighborhood TV Critic has to admit, I'm usually averse to titles with possessives, like "Bram Stoker's Dracula" or "Mary Shelley's Frankenstein." If the work is good enough, the author should let it speak for itself - and the same goes double for those trying to remake the stories by trading on the author's fame.
That said, "Stephen King's Desperation" might be the best - or at least the most appropriate - title of anything to hit TV this season. King has been striving for a TV hit for years, from "The Langoliers" to "Rose Red," not to mention "Kingdom Hospital," his convoluted attempt at a ...
