(Los Angeles) Air Force leaders are running out of places to cut costs and are in a quandary about how--if force structure shrinks further--they could fight and win two nearly simultaneous conflicts.

Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. Merrill McPeak, speaking at an Air Force Association symposium on Oct. 28, warned that funding will not improve and the service cannot support more cuts in force structure over and above those called for in the Bottom-Up Review.
