May 26--Milwaukee County Board Chairman Lee Holloway on Thursday resolved his long-running ethics case by admitting to six civil counts of failing to comply with the county ethics code. Under the agreement with the Ethics Board, Holloway is to pay $3,000 in forfeitures and waive any right to seek reimbursement for legal fees. He admitted to filing incomplete ethics forms from 1998 through 2003. The three-page agreement does not specify the nature of the omissions, which Holloway blamed on inattention to detail.
