May 27--DECATUR -- Ben Jedlicka often can be found standing in the front yard of his house, overlooking the 16 acres of land he owns.
For that reason, Jedlicka is not overjoyed that his privacy is about to be invaded. He's been a strong opponent over the past year of having a bike trail run through the thick-wooded forest on his property in the 2800 block of Summit Avenue.
