At this year's Taste of Cincinnati, there will be more chewy and less gooey.
That news will be a relief to those last year who got their shoes, sandals and stroller wheels stuck in a black tar crack sealant on Central Parkway that warmed up in the sun and provided an unwelcome embrace to people unlucky enough to step in it.
Festival-goers who stood too long in one place occasionally found themselves stuck to the asphalt -- literally.
On top of that, after the festival was over, Central Parkway was littered with napkins, straws and other Taste trash that got stuck in the tar as it cooled and ...
