Speaking to Wall Street for the first time since taking over for Lee Raymond, new Exxon Mobil Chief Executive Rex Tillerson on Wednesday detailed the oil supermajor's lengthy list of upstream projects designed to boost output to 5 million barrels of oil equivalent per day by the end of the decade.
