With gasoline prices rising as the summer driving season approaches--and oil companies on pace to report another huge quarterly profit--chances are good that the industry's top executives will be called back to Washington for another grilling by US lawmakers.

During a media briefing Tuesday, Exxon Mobil Chief Executive Rex Tillerson said that, should the industry's top executives again be called to testify in front of Congress, the same messages need to be hammered home:
