Norwegian company Consorte Group ASA Monday said it has signed an agreement to buy Intelecom AS for NOK90 million in cash.
Consorte last month signed a letter of intent to buy Intelecom.
The estimated impact from the buy to Consorte's 2006 financials is a revenue increase of approximately NOK200 million and an increase in earnings before interest and taxes of approximately NOK15 million.
Intelecom has no interest-bearing debt, Consorte said.
Consorte said it expects the integration between the organisations to yield cost synergies of NOK10 million on a yearly basis with effect from 2007.
