SAN JOSE, Calif. -- San Jose Water Company (SJWC), a wholly owned subsidiary of SJW Corp. (NYSE:SJW), announces today that it is resubmitting its Non-Industrial Timber Management Plan (NTMP) to the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CDF). A previously submitted NTMP was withdrawn in December 2005 in order to complete a Fire Hazard Assessment for the watershed. The revised NTMP includes recommendations from the assessment and answers questions raised by CDF and the community.
