Hero Honda FY06 net up 20pc, declares 1,000 pc dividend
New Delhi, May 30 (PTI) Riding high on a 20 per cent jump in net profit, bike market leader Hero Honda Motors today doled out a lucrative 1,000 per cent dividend for the third year in a row and announced that it would set up its third plant in Jaipur at an investment of Rs 550 crore.
Hero Honda, which also announced that it was working for a fourth new plant, said profits for 2005-06 were up 20 per cent at Rs 971.3 crore against Rs 810.4 crore in the previous year.
