PETERSBURG, Fla. -- Veridien Corporation (OTCBB:VRDE) announced today that it has entered into a 3 year group purchasing contract with MedAssets for its patented Viraguard(R) Infection Control Products. MedAssets is a supply chain solutions company that improves it member's cash flow. MedAssets membership encompasses over 2,400 hospitals and 24,000 total healthcare facilities located in all 50 states and District of Columbia.
