Nov. 16--As played by actor Michael J. Fox in the current movie "For Love or Money," hotel concierge Douglas Ireland can get a customer practically anything - for the right tip.
Real-life concierges wince at the portrayal. But tour operators in Orange County say some Douglas Ireland clones do operate at area hotels. And the tour operators don't like it.
Tour providers say their seemingly innocuous business - picking up f{ ts from hotels and taking them on day trips to Hollywood, Universal Studios and other attractions - is largely controlled by concierges, bellmen,
