WASHINGTON--The Health Insurance Association of America will continue its aggressive battle against some aspect of President Clinton's health care reform plan with a new $2 million national advertising campaign.

The HIAA campaign--which will include television, radio and some newspaper advertising--focuses on the impact insurers say premium caps and mandatory health alliances will have to consumers.

Moreover, HIAA is also fighting attempts by the administration to portray private insurers as "villians" in the political debate over health care reform.
