Dan Marks, CEO of Television Services for British Telecom, said Wednesday, among other provocative things, that "50% of broadband use in the UK is via Bit Torrent," that "windows as we currently know them are unsustainable" because "broadband has dealt them a death blow" and the "bundle is not sustainable because spectrum wants to be free."
