Boat envy be gone.
A Charlestown company offers time before the mast for sailors who can't or don't want to shell out for a boat and its upkeep.
SailTime Boston is a "fractional" boat business, allowing its members to sail fully-loaded cruising yachts for a "fraction" of the price of owning one. It's a model that's increasingly used for private jets, luxury cars and vacation homes.
